What can I use as a form of payment?

Will I get a receipt with my order?
Yes, you will receive an invoice with your order that can be used to return or exchange merchandise.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
No, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information and click "order now" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.

How will my order be delivered and when will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail or Federal Express. If you elect standard delivery, your order will arrive in approximately 7 to 10 days. If you elect express delivery, and order by noon EST, your order will arrive the next business day.

My order hasn't arrived, how do I track my order?
Find the FedEx or USPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at either www.fedex.com or www.usps.com to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's web site.

Can you ship to an international address?
At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can ship items from one order to up to three different addresses within the United States . When you add each item to your shopping bag, select the recipient's name from the "ship to" menu. (Select "other" to add a new name to the list.) Enter separate addresses, shipping information and gift requests during checkout. There is an additional $2 shipping and handling charge to each extra address. (There are no shipping and handling charges for Online Gift Certificates.) If your order requires express delivery, the additional $10 express shipping charge will also be applied to each extra address.

If I send a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?
No, just remember to check the box indicating that you'd like us to include a gift receipt with your order on the bill ing and shipping information page of checkout. Your recipient will receive an invoice that lists the items, but not their prices, and which can be used to return or exchange merchandise.

I didn't receive an order number when placing through the web. What should I do?
Please call 1.877.277.1055 and one of our associates will be happy to assist you.

Can I remove items from my shopping bag or do I just start over?
You can remove items from your shopping bag at any time. To view your shopping bag, click on the link at the top or bottom of the page. Check the boxes next to the items you wish to remove, then click "remove checked item(s)." To add more of an item or make changes to an item that's already in your shopping bag, click "edit" next to the item name that you want to change. You'll be taken to a product page where you can change the size, color or quantity of the item. Click "update" to make the changes to your shopping bag.

How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with BananaRepublic.com, please send an e-mail to orders@feminawoman.com as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
